PE Delivery
All our lessons include learning intentions and success criteria that are clear and matched to the PE curriculum. Lessons delivered are progressive to meet the end of year/key stage expectations.
Our delivery includes the ‘Head, Heart and Hand’ approach from the National Strategy for Physical Education. This challenges children to think, feel and do within their physical education lessons.
CPD
We can provide training/CPD for teachers and staff who deliver primary school PE. Training is crucial to ensure that teachers are confident in the delivery of high quality teaching and to maintain a good level of PE skills progression. Training can accommodate staff who are highly confident in delivering primary PE to those who need support and guidance. Training is delivered by highly qualified PE specialists with a vast experience of delivering and managing the primary PE curriculum. Training can include staff meetings, INSET days and lesson delivery/team teaching.
SOW
Key PE Sports will provide your school with a high quality Scheme of Work accredited by AfPE. The scheme provides teachers with lessons that are fun, progressive and challenging. The lesson plans are easy to follow and help teachers adopt a more creative approach too teaching and learning within physical education. Lessons provide children with the essential development of agility, balance and co-ordination, inclusive healthy competition and co-operative learning by using fun and engaging games that build up a range of transferable skills. These can be used in a variety of sports and encourages creativity, cooperation and teamwork. Basic skills such as running, jumping and throwing, cooperative and collaborative learning are all covered throughout the scheme. Challenge is encouraged through peer and self assessment.
Holiday Camps
We have a number of holiday camps available each half term.
We have a Soccer Camp that offers high level coaching from experienced, high qualified coaches. Activities range from topical sessions to small sided games/competitions along with some set piece challenges.
Key PE Sports also offers Multi Sports Camps and numerous different venues. Activities include Nerf games, bouncy castles, dodgeball, Play-stations, pool and lots of other traditional and new sports/activities.
All the activities and games on this website are safe and suitable for children in schools, they have been checked and tested by teachers and coaches.
